Data accuracy
NBU is only as accurate as what you put into it.
NBU's categorization, spending analysis, Financial Health Score, and all other calculations are based entirely on the transaction data you upload. We do not verify this data against your actual bank records, nor do we have access to any data you have not explicitly provided.
Errors in your CSV export, incomplete uploads, missing accounts, or data from only one of several accounts will affect the accuracy of NBU's analysis. Review NBU's output critically and verify important figures directly with your financial institution before making any decisions based on them.
